Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Chief Medical Supplies Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 32-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust accumulation
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a tidy and organized space
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Provide basic information on facilities to visitors and staff
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks require attention to detail and accuracy
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
  • Standing for extended periods may be required in certain situations

Benefits

This is a permanent position with 32-40 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
