Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Control Equipment Repairer to join our team at Cantrina Freezer Warehouse Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our process control equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain our process control equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Repair and Adjust Components: Repair and adjust system components as needed to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  • Complete Reports and Documentation: Accurately complete test and maintenance reports to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Remove and Replace Defective Parts: Safely remove and replace defective parts to minimize downtime and ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Calibrate Components and Instruments: Calibrate components and instruments to ensure accurate readings and prevent errors.
  • Troubleshoot and Analyze Issues: Use logical approach to troubleshoot and analyze issues with process control equipment.
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Procedures: Develop and implement testing and maintenance procedures to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Install New Equipment and Instruments: Install new measuring instruments and equipment to upgrade our process control systems.
  • Coach and Train Apprentices: Coach and instruct apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work to prevent equipment failure and downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
