Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Culinary Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient food service systems to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu offerings and can provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that all food service areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
