Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills, either through work experience or community involvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, as needed
  • Comfort in handling sales situations, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to promote digital banking options to customers
