About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ag Mechanic to perform diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance work on agricultural equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions.
  • Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts.
  • Perform updates, pre-season delivery inspections, and pre-season inspections.
  • Complete work orders and assist the shop mechanic.
  • Adhere to all occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent guest service skills and proven communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • 1-3 years of mechanical experience in agricultural mechanics, heavy duty mechanics, or diesel mechanics.
  • Class 5 driver's license.
  • Class 1/Class 3 considered an asset but not essential.
  • Ability to work longer hours during the busy season.
  • Ability to commute or relocate (8 miles east of Brandon or 2 miles west of Douglas).
