As a Training Executive at Shiseido Company, Limited, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing corporate training programs to drive sales and achieve territory goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies to enhance the skills of Beauty Consultants and Fragrance Specialists
- Collaborate with the Events Team to deliver high-quality retailer events
- Partner with the Corporate Education Team to create customized training content for various audiences
- Represent Shiseido at retailer-specific training formats to promote brand awareness
- Travel extensively within the defined territory to provide coaching and support to Beauty Consultants and Fragrance Specialists
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in prestige skincare, makeup & fragrance training/education
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the corporation and retail partners
- 60 - 75% travel required
