Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, including sending emails, drafting proposals and contracts, loading bookings and rates onto our property management system, and maintaining customer and company profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team, including sending emails, drafting proposals and contracts, and loading bookings and rates onto the property management system.
- Assist in selling guest rooms, catering services, and banquet facilities as directed.
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, collecting and processing sensitive data, resolving guest issues, and performing other tasks related to the position.
Requirements
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field and 1+ years of experience in a comparable position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a sincere, friendly, and helpful personality.
