At Meridian, we're seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Member Experience by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored advice and recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding how Meridian's products and services can add value to our Members
  • Providing investment advice by identifying and promoting solutions that meet our Member needs
  • Providing recommendations on credit products based on accurate and appropriate credit interviewing and underwriting skills
  • Engaging in revenue generation and sales-based activities to achieve performance objectives
  • Using provided tools to proactively identify and promote opportunities with all Members to deepen relationships and provide flawless service experiences
  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality to respect Member's privacy

As a Financial Services Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of Members, providing personalized advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
