Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Manager to join our team at 1038078 BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, from equipment maintenance to quality control and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and recommend replacement of machines as needed.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Team Management: Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production processes.
- Process Improvement: Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Customer Service: Provide general information to customers on our beauty products.
- Labour and Materials Planning: Plan and estimate labour and materials requirements to ensure efficient production processes.
- Cost Control: Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Setting: Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Transportation/Travel: Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, attention to detail, large workload, and overtime required
