Job DescriptionThis position involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive until they leave. As a Casino Hostess, you will be responsible for managing the flow of the restaurant, generating customer loyalty, and processing reservations and seating arrangements.
You will also assist servers with food and beverage expediting, bussing, and cleaning. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with guests and provide a premium experience.
- Initiate conversations with guests and build relationships.
- Juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous host/hostess experience in the hospitality/food service industry preferred.
- Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register.
- Tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment, or event training experience preferred.
- Serving It Right (BC)/ Proserve (Alberta) certificate/ Smart Serve (Ontario).
- World Host / Super Host certificate or other similar customer service programs preferred.
