About Your Role
In this position, you will work as a Principal Consultant, Business System Analyst with experience in financial risk and fraud prevention. Your primary responsibilities include working on system integrations, creating use cases, and documenting functionality. You should have excellent analysis skills, be able to work independently, and have strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.
  2. You must be able to elicit and transform user stories effectively.
  3. Strong decision-making, innovation, and creativity are required.
  4. You will work in a tight-knit team environment with demanding targets.
  5. Self-motivation and ability to work independently without constant supervision are necessary.
  6. You will document functionality, including source-to-target data mapping, user stories, etc.
  7. Familiarity with use case creation and use case methodology, process, and data flows is expected.
  8. Knowledge of bank standards, architecture, testing methodologies, and code management practices is advantageous.
  9. Strong oral and written communication skills are required to articulate requirements clearly.
  10. Strong analysis skills are necessary.
  11. Prior experience with system integrations (real-time, near real-time, batch processes) is desirable.
  12. Understanding of data streaming capabilities/technologies (Kafka), RESTful APIs, data mapping would be beneficial.
  13. Basic Microsoft SQL query knowledge would be an asset.
  14. Knowledge of Fraud applications and functionality would be a bonus.
