Job Description
This role will enable the growing commercial legal team to support the Communications Business Unit at Twilio. You will partner with the enterprise sales team to manage complex enterprise sales deals from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and managing a wide range of legal agreements, providing practical advice to internal clients.
- Champion Twilio's mission, ethics, and integrity by ensuring compliance policies are in place and protecting the company from risk.

Key Qualifications
- J.D. with strong academic credentials and a proven track record as a lawyer.
- Member of a local bar or eligible to register as Registered In-House Counsel.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial transactions, with at least 3 years negotiating complex technology transactions.
- Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts.
