Planet Fitness is a rapidly growing fitness center in the Greater Vancouver area, offering an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in maintenance, repair, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical skills, knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing trades, as well as experience with troubleshooting techniques. In addition, you should have good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

This role offers a range of benefits, including:

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
  • A car allowance, company cell phone, full benefits, flexible hours, and an expense account

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as handling repairs and upgrades. You will also be required to coordinate with outside services and contractors, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard. Additionally, you will participate in certifications, training, and leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. You should also have a high level of attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
