HyLife Ltd. is a leading agribusiness company with operations in various countries around the world. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Swine Production Specialist in our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement feeding programs to optimize animal growth and health.
- Manage breeding, farrowing, and weaning operations to ensure high-quality piglets.
- Conduct regular weighing and sorting of pigs for transport to ensure efficient logistics.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of farm equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and report on livestock health issues, and implement treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of livestock performance and health.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in swine production or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, health, and welfare.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in animal science or a related field an asset.

A competitive salary range of $1,197 - $1,496.25 bi-weekly, plus opportunities for annual performance increases and bonus programs. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.
