Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fish Plant Worker to join our team at Quinlan Brothers Ltd. in a permanent position. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing fish and seafood products, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing
  • Operate machines to can, bag, box, or package fish and seafood products
  • Sort fish according to species, weight, and destination
  • Record production information and perform quality control checks
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Reliability and teamwork skills
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
