About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Yard Worker to join our team at CB Canada. As a Yard Worker, you will play a critical role in maintaining our equipment fleet and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Station and retrieve equipment on our property, ensuring that it is properly maintained and stored.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including inspections and repairs, to ensure that it meets all set specifications.
  • Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged equipment.
  • Work effectively with our team to ensure that equipment is delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
  • Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General mechanical aptitude and safety focus.
