The Senior Food Production Operator is a key role at Biscuits Leclerc Ltd, responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

This position involves working in a team to maintain production levels, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a noisy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate multi-functional process control machinery to produce high-quality food products.
  • Record production information accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to ensure specified processing conditions are met.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Inform supervisors of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
  • Maintain shift logs of production data and other relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
