About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Residential Addiction Worker. In this position, you will work closely with our team to deliver evidence-based programming and support services to individuals struggling with addiction. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver evidence-based programming and lectures to clients
- Facilitate group sessions and provide individual support as needed
- Transport clients to appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and case notes

Qualifications and Requirements

- College diploma in addictions or related field with two years' experience in mental health and addictions
- Experience providing individual and group-based treatment services
- Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Addiction Services Manager
- Class 'F' driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate
