About the Role:

NBS STEEL FRAMING & DRYWALL LTD. is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining various materials to construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare layouts in compliance with building codes using measuring tools.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials to construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation certificate required.
  • 2 years of experience in the field.
