Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Points West Living Stetler Inc. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as making beds and maintaining patient rooms.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, such as walking, standing, and positioning patients.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with residents.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting.
