Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the Brand Marketing function at Sephora Canada. You will lead your category team in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, leveraging Sephora's tools to drive brand engagement, traffic, and loyalty in collaboration with Sephora's brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the marketing relationship for a portfolio of brands, serving as the primary marketing contact and engaging regularly on business matters
  • Gain a deep understanding of each brand's business, priorities, and products
  • Facilitate high-level marketing discussions with senior leaders in partner brands
  • Provide strategic and tactical advice to help brands succeed at Sephora, using an omni-channel approach to achieve shared business goals
  • Develop and present brand program proposals to generate excitement and secure commitment
  • Maintain and update brand marketing exposure calendars as part of an ongoing planning cycle
  • Lead all aspects of the execution of brand plans with excellence, ensuring all brand activation needs are met
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partnership and omni-channel marketing
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • A data-driven approach that supports strategic decision-making
  • You're organized, demonstrating a knack for portfolio management by prioritizing tasks against timelines while maintaining high quality and expectations
  • An agile, proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in the face of ambiguity
  • You're technically savvy with systems and platforms, proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet
