We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Galbi Korean BBQ Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Grind meats
- Train meat cutters
- Slice cooked meats
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a butcher shop or similar environment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
