Site Services Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Site Services Coordinator to join our team at Concert Properties Ltd. As a key member of our Property Management department, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our residential properties.

About This Role

This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent, reporting directly to the Property Manager or Senior Property Manager. You will co-ordinate and supervise the work of the administration and leasing staff on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of the administration and leasing staff on site, including training, scheduling, monitoring job performance, disciplinary action, probationary and annual reviews.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Establish and monitor maintenance schedules for on-site maintenance staff, ensuring that the performance of all contractors meet Concert's standards.
  • Leasing and Customer Service: Assist with the ongoing leasing of vacant suites, providing positive customer relations with residents.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of building systems, HVAC operation and general building maintenance.
  • Experience: Previous experience managing community operations and staff, preferably in a similar role.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid G Driver's License required.
