About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill - Trenton. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

  • Safe Food Handling Certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
