Job Overview
Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will be responsible for consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty. You will also provide an exceptional customer experience by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized and unique shopping experiences that result in customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
1. Deliver sales plans and company objectives through building strong customer relationships and increasing brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience by connecting with customers, paying attention to details, and offering personalized shopping experiences.
3. Participate in creating a positive store environment and contribute to strong professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Take pride in maintaining the appearance of the store and securing all company assets under your control.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
3. Self-accountability for sales results through effective selling skills and drive to meet goals.
4. Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
5. Self-motivation and ability to multitask; respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
