As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading our construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that every detail is taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and direct construction crews to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and training to our field staff, including General Foremen, Foremen, and other team members.
  • Collaborate with our Safety Advisors to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Develop and implement effective construction plans to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction or equivalent.
  • Civil/Underground utilities/Water & Sewer experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
