As a Senior Financial Manager at Canamex-Carbra Transportation Services Inc., you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures. You will establish and implement policies and procedures, design and manage investment strategies, and monitor financial control systems. Additionally, you will oversee the collection and analysis of financial data, prepare reports, and advise senior management. Your role will also involve assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs, as well as planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. You will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people and will require strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook. You will also need to have a strong understanding of accounting and financial planning. The ideal candidate will be accurate, dependable, organized, and a team player with a strong attention to detail.

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and requires English language proficiency. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure with tight deadlines. You will be responsible for managing a large caseload and will need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
