Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain heavy oil field equipment, including SCADA systems and PCP pumps.
  • Monitor and control polymer flood processes to optimize production.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certifications.
  • Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, with a clean driving record.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on detail and a disciplined work ethic.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in heavy oil field operations, with a willingness to train the right candidate.
  • Post-secondary education in the petroleum industry, considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems, PCP pumps, and polymer flood processes an asset.
  • Valid oilfield safety tickets, including H2S Alive and Standard First Aid.
  • Clean driving record, with the ability to drive a truck off-highway.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
