Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our store. This position requires a high level of responsibility and dedication to providing excellent customer service while managing staff effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide staff, including apprentices and team members.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel to optimize store operations.
  • Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, merchandising, and employee matters.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Maintain and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to support staff development.
