This role offers a $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement.

About the Job

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and maintenance to provide coaching to team members and ensure compliance with all Company safety programs, initiatives, and procedures. As the Sr. Reliability Specialist, you'll develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyze and evaluate maintenance downtime trends, and provide recommendations for equipment reliability improvements.

You will also support efficient troubleshooting/problem-solving activities and maintenance repairs, work closely with Engineering and Maintenance Manager to create and execute a maintenance and capital budget, and assist in managing maintenance department costs within budgetary targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, 3-5 years of Supervisory experience, and knowledge of statistical data analysis and lean manufacturing principles.

They should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, high-level proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel, and intermediate computer skills.
