Front of House - Late Night Server

Calgary, AB, Canada

We're seeking positive, hospitality-driven team members to join our service team. As a Server, you'll play a crucial role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest, ensuring they leave happier than when they arrived. You'll work closely with your colleagues to instill a strong sense of teamwork and provide exceptional service.

Our menu features globally inspired flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients, crafted by our Executive Chef. As a Server, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service, anticipating and meeting guests' needs
  • Exhibiting serving essentials, such as creating orders, answering menu inquiries, and running food
  • Handling guest concerns with the support of the management team
  • Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant

Key Requirements:

  • Strong ability to lead conversations in any setting
  • Confident in connecting with people in an outgoing, positive, and upbeat manner
  • Team-oriented
  • Energetic and positive
  • Comfortable sharing positive experiences about food and drink
  • Experience in a serving role at a full-service restaurant considered an asset
