- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts of commercial transport truck systems
- Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults
- Perform scheduled maintenance services
- Complete reports on problems and work done
- Coach and instruct apprentices
- Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
- Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement
- Valid driver's license
