Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice-President to join our team at PERFECT ENGINEERING LTD. This senior leadership position will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and manage departmental structures, including senior staff positions and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Formulate and approve policies, programs, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on team management and development.
  • Experience in strategic planning, policy development, and program implementation.
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional and effective manner.
Work Environment
