Job Summary

As a Client Service Associate, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Investment Advisors, ensuring seamless and efficient service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to Investment Advisors, including preparing documentation, updating records, and coordinating client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of client-related activities.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) to become licensed with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) within 6 months.
