We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Education professional to join our team at Vinci School. This is a permanent position with 32-40 hours of work per week, requiring a college diploma or non-university certificate in early childhood education and relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and education, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves caring for infants and toddlers, developing child-care programs, and assisting early childhood educators.

Responsibilities:

  • Bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers
  • Developing and implementing child-care programs
  • Storytelling and encouraging creativity through art, play, music, and physical activity
  • Assisting early childhood educators and leading activities
  • Maintaining records and ordering supplies
  • Guiding children in eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Observing children for signs of potential problems and submitting written observations

Certifications and Training:

  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1)
  • Emergency Childcare First Aid and CPR
  • Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Training
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
