Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Kitchen Helper to join our team at Roadside Willies Smokehouse & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
  • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
  • Assist with food preparation and packaging
  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and efficiency in completing tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
