About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gas Bar Attendant at Scallop Shell. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the gas bar and surrounding areas
  • Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
  • Process payments, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
