We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with experience in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. They will also be proficient in preparing financial statements, trial balances, and other statistical reports.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to provide support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities. They will be able to offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to these groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare cheques for payroll
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Prepare financial statements and trial balances

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
