The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Bridge Design Engineer to join our Structural/Bridge group in our Toronto, Canada office. As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, we offer opportunities for career development and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural and bridge analysis and calculations
  • Prepare engineering plans, specifications, estimates, and supporting documents
  • Conduct conceptual engineering studies and provide preliminary and final design
  • Mentor and develop less experienced staff
  • Prepare reports and estimates
  • Coordinate with agencies and contractors
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of civil engineering experience in bridge design
  • Steel girder design expertise
  • Proficiency in BGS, PG Super, RISA, Bridge Leap, and MicroStation software
  • Professional Engineer licensure
