Your Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and sustainment of Gateway's networking environment, ensuring its operational readiness (security, health and performance).

This includes collaborating with multiple project/program stakeholders, including the Business Units, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Assurance, IT infrastructure teams and third-party vendors.

You will also be required to engage in performance and fault analysis for issues requiring in-depth, extended investigation, and provide expert technology platform support of change control process.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless introduction of new technology platforms and services into Enterprise Network Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead physical and logical network related design concepts
  • Serve as the top tier in fault identification, isolation, analysis, and resolution for IP network related technology platforms
  • Recommend unique approaches to issue resolution, including situation analysis, testing strategies, and fault reproduction

What You Bring:

  • Degree or Diploma in Networking or Technology
  • 7+ years of Network Design & Management experience working in an Enterprise Group Solution delivery team
  • 10+ years of technical experience in supporting an integrated WAN environment & knowledge of BGP/EIGRP/OSPF/STP protocols, GRE/IPSec, TACACS
