As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities- Zones the department to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
- Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain high-quality merchandise.
- Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and maintains features to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintains a clean and organized store environment, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
