We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Whistler Personnel Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Budgeting and Cost Control
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Team Leadership and Communication
- Lead and motivate project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and senior management
- Risk Management and Quality Control
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements
- Education
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and Asana
- Competitive Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
