Key Responsibilities
  • Install and connect pipes, fixtures, and appliances to water and gas systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Cut and thread pipes to required shape and size
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Estimate costs and materials for plumbing projects
Requirements
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • Plumbing technology/plumber or equivalent experience
  • Plumbing and related water supply services, or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • Plumber Trade Certification
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call work. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
