Job Description:
This role involves ensuring the smooth logistics of our stores, including unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise from the backroom.
You will work closely with our sales floor team and cashiers to provide excellent customer service, maintaining high levels of product knowledge and ensuring products are presented effectively on the sales floor.
Your safety is our top priority, so you must follow safe working practices at all times.
You will also be responsible for replenishing stock, assisting with flyer products and pricing changes, and providing efficient checkout experiences for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Decision-making skills related to shipping and receiving
- Comfortable working independently and seeking assistance when needed
- 1+ year of retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
