Job Description

As a National Partner Manager at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for our partners across the country. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue for our partners.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide training and support to our partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Partner Management: Manage and maintain relationships with our partners, ensuring they are aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner performance and success.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
