We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - Customer Journey Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of customer journey architectures that align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of customer journey architectures using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer journey architectures meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for customer journey architectures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on customer journey architecture-related projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to customer journey architecture.
- Strong technical expertise in AEP, RT-CDP, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Experience in delivery of AEP engagements, including handling at least 2-3 AEP implementations in a technical architect role.
- Understanding of Adobe products and their strengths compared to Adobe Campaign.
- Detailed knowledge of the guardrails/limitations of the platform.
- Ability to build journeys and campaigns that combine event and batch data.
- Experience with complex XDM with arrays for personalization and audience selection.
- Methods to fully test and QA campaigns and journeys.
- Use of reporting tools such as Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and extraction of data from AEP for external MI reporting.
- Experience of managing/stitching batch and real-time data from multiple sources.
- Experience of using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Ultimate for decisioning.
- Experience of migrating from Adobe Campaign (ACM) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Technical certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above.
- Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript preferably using SPA (Single page application) and web services development using RESTful implementations.
- Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
- Ability to estimate effort for projects and define teams with appropriate skills to deliver the projects.
- Experience/understanding of another Adobe stack.
- Adobe Analytics.
- Adobe Target.
- Audience Manager.
- Adobe Campaign.
- Customer Journey Analytics.
