**Job Overview**

We are recruiting a Support Worker to assist a young boy with autism. The ideal candidate will be able to provide one-to-one support and enable the child to participate in activities that he enjoys.

**Responsibilities**

  • To provide support and assistance to the child during activities
  • To help the child develop new skills and interests
  • To maintain accurate records of the child's progress

**Requirements**

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • PVG membership or ability to obtain

**Working Arrangements**

The role will involve working on a regular basis with the child and his family. The exact schedule will be discussed at interview.
