Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff members to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality and service in our dining areas.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
