Job Summary
Trotter & Morton Group of Companies is a leading provider of electrical, mechanical, and metal work services for commercial, civil, and industrial building projects. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Labourer to join our team of experienced personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform labour tasks using tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Responsible for all non-trade labour, including assisting apprentices and journeypersons with general labour tasks.
- Provide punctual service to tasks assigned and work well with the Foreman/woman to ensure materials are delivered to the workforce in advance of the work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Solid team player with a positive attitude and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a construction site environment and willingness to learn new skills.
- Completion of Grade 12 Diploma or GED, with construction labour experience considered an asset.
