Brand Ambassador

Crunch Fitness Canada (CFC01) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for executing a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness for Crunch Fitness in the Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Distribute marketing materials within a radius of the club to build excitement and awareness of the new Crunch gym opening.
- Develop community partnerships with local businesses to set up cross-promotions, on-site events, and drive brand awareness.
- Identify potential leads and sign-up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerrilla marketing tactics.
- Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning and events.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Customer service experience in sales or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An outgoing, friendly personality and desire to meet new people.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong social media presence on multiple platforms.
- Professional attitude and interest in growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and walking required for daily duties.
